This process requires submission of valid identity documents, which may include: (a) a copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or passport; (b) proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months; and (c) proof of payment method ownership where required.
4.2.2 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.
4.3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4.3.2 Any activity conducted under your Account is deemed to have been carried out by you. vcity66 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

13.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting vcity66 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
13.2 vcity66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; (c) failure to complete required verification within a reasonable period; (d) receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction; or (e) any other grounds vcity66 considers appropriate in the interests of Platform integrity and player safety.
